Joe Ballarino leads the ProAgent Platform—making sure ProAgent Works users and Real ProAgents have a clear, reliable way to run their business: cleaner workflows, tighter compliance, better systems, and faster answers when it matters.

He’s been in real estate since October 1994 and has led brokerage operations since 1997. He built a local brokerage into a 500-agent, multi-state online brokerage, then transitioned that operation into Real’s platform structure.

Joe’s edge is that he’s lived at the intersection of operations and technology for decades. He led a 35+ person IT organization to take Form Simplicity from concept to statewide adoption and helped drive $1.75M in annual software revenue—all while keeping the business practical for agents in the field.

He’s also a long-time MLS and association leader—serving as President of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and earning Realtor of the Year, with national service including eight years on NAR MLS committees.

Today, Joe’s focus is simple: reduce friction, remove confusion, and help agents operate independently with confidence—through platform leadership that’s calm, direct, and built on real-world scale.
