Build ownership alongside the business you produce—not just income from the next closing.

THE PROAGENT MODEL
Keep more of what you earn today while creating more ways to build stability, ownership, and financial freedom for tomorrow.
Looking backI thought a commission plan was just math. Then I saw what the right one could make possible.
BUILD BEYOND THE NEXT CLOSING
The commission model matters. What it helps you build matters more. These four opportunities create a path from earning commission today toward income, ownership, and long-term financial momentum.
Looking backThe commissions supported the life I was living. Ownership helped build the life I wanted later.

THE BUSINESS AROUND THE NUMBERS
A clear model gives you room to build. Real's brokerage resources, your included business tools, and a personal presence through ProAgent Home support the work around it. Practical leadership and community give you people to turn to along the way.
Looking backThe numbers gave me room. Better systems gave me time.

DETAILS WHEN YOU WANT THEM
The technical cap, fee, and inclusion details are here without making them the whole story.
Looking backOnce I understood the plan, I could stop thinking about the plan and get back to building.
ProAgent receives 15% until your annual percentage-split cap reaches $4,500. After that, the percentage split ends for the remainder of your Real anniversary year. Transaction fees continue; the cap is not a cap on all annual expenses.
No. ProAgent covers your applicable Real split until the $4,000 Real cap. That amount is already built into the $4,500 total ProAgent cap.
The transaction fee is $495 and decreases with production. It steps down after closings 20, 40, and 60 during your Real anniversary year. The new fee begins at each threshold; earlier closings are not recalculated.
The ProAgent transaction fee covers Real's $50 CBR fee, the $285 post-cap fee when applicable, and three $300 installments toward Real's annual brokerage fee. Real's onboarding fee and outside or optional expenses remain separate.
No. ProAgent has no monthly or annual membership fee. Real's separate $249 onboarding fee still applies when you join the brokerage.
ProAgent includes Lofty CRM with a personal website, SkySlope Forms, Fastmail professional email, ProAgent Works for everyday business information and AI-assisted writing, and ProAgent Home for your public profile, property stories, and local knowledge. As a Real agent, you also have Real's brokerage platform and resources, including reZEN, Real Academy, Referral Central, and Hey Leo for conversational home search. Together with the ProAgent model, practical support, and community, these resources support your independent real estate business.
Use the same annual production assumptions for each model, then compare the percentage split, cap, transaction fees, recurring fees, and tools and support included. A lower percentage split alone does not describe the full cost. ProAgent's $4,500 annual percentage-split cap ends the percentage split for the remainder of your Real anniversary year; transaction fees continue. Bring your current model and questions to a conversation with Joe so you can compare the details that apply to your business.
ProAgent provides direct leadership access, practical help with membership, tools, and business operations, and help finding the right resource. Questions requiring brokerage, contract, or transaction-process guidance belong with Real's broker resources and support systems. ProAgent can help you identify where to start.
Looking backFinancial freedom never meant I had to stop working. It meant the work had finally given me choices.
