ProAgent SMS program terms

Joseph S Ballarino, LLC operates the ProAgent SMS program for ProAgents who have affirmatively agreed to receive SMS messages. Messages include meeting reminders, agent alerts, and informational updates, a couple of times per month at most.

We send program messages only with documented affirmative SMS consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. ProAgent membership, providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or subscribing to email does not by itself constitute SMS consent.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Reply STOP to any ProAgent SMS message to cancel. Brevo, our messaging provider, will mark you as unsubscribed and block further ProAgent SMS messages.

For help, reply HELP. You can also contact Joe Ballarino at joe@joinproagent.com for support with the ProAgent SMS program.

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
