Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, and whether you have spoken with a ProAgent. You may also provide your phone number, current brokerage, who introduced you, how you learned about ProAgent, and anything you choose to include in your message. Follow-up correspondence includes the information you choose to share with Joe.

Our form-security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and security signals to distinguish people from bots. The inquiry service also records delivery status, message identifiers, and error information to help identify delivery problems. It does not write the contents of your inquiry to application logs.

How we use your information

Joe Ballarino uses your inquiry to answer your questions and personally follow up about ProAgent. We use technical information to protect the form from abuse and support reliable delivery.

We do not add website inquiries to a CRM, mailing list, or advertising audience. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who handles your information

Joe is the only person at Joseph S Ballarino, LLC who accesses website inquiries. Cloudflare processes form submissions for delivery and provides Turnstile spam protection. Received inquiries are stored in Joe’s Fastmail mailbox. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.

Cookies and tracking

For visits that Cloudflare identifies as being in the United States, we use Google Analytics to understand pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location, and engagement. Google processes this information for measurement and uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not load Google Analytics for visits identified as being outside the United States or whose location cannot be determined. Location is estimated from the connection and may be affected by a VPN or similar service; we do not request your device’s precise location.

You can turn analytics off below or through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Your choice does not limit access to the website or inquiry form. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. Turning analytics off stops further collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Clearing browser storage or an expired preference may reset your choice. We do not send your inquiry fields to Google Analytics, and we remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we supply.

Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for this site’s analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or send your inquiry details as advertising data. Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track signal keeps optional analytics off. Google’s processing is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and its explanation of data from sites that use Google services.

Cloudflare’s security services may use cookies or similar technologies to detect abuse and keep the inquiry form working. Those security functions are separate from your optional analytics choice. Links to other websites take you to services whose own privacy and cookie practices apply.

How long information is kept

Joe regularly deletes inquiry emails from his Fastmail mailbox. Messages moved to Trash and copies in provider backups may remain until removed under Fastmail’s applicable mailbox settings and retention practices. Deleting an email does not necessarily erase every provider copy immediately.

Cloudflare processes security and delivery information under the applicable terms and retention practices of its services. This website does not maintain a separate inquiry database.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose whether to submit an inquiry and which optional details to include. To ask about your information, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask Joe to stop following up, email joe@joinproagent.com. Any rights available under applicable privacy law continue to apply.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Please review this page for the current description of our practices.
